Convert former basement kitchen and cafeteria space into flexible conference space.

 

Project Description:

As the final stage of the Site Services Building Remodel, the basement has been converted into a large conference and training space with capabilities of subdividing the space into two large conference rooms and one large training space for 40 people. The two conference rooms are capable of combining space to create one larger conference space capable of supporting a 50+ person meeting.

All meeting spaces can be opened creating a "town hall" meeting space capable of supporting up to 350 occupants with simulcasting capabilities.

​

To accommodate the meeting space requirements, the existing fitness center was relocated within the basement. The area was expanded and enhanced with the addition of private combination changing rooms / restrooms / showers.
