Scope of Work:

Upgrade the existing Men’s and Women’s

restrooms

 

Project Description:

This project required complete removal

and replacement of all fixtures and finishes

within the Men’s and Women’s restrooms.

The new design includes auto-flush toilets

and urinals, stainless steel partitions,

porcelain floor and wall tile, glass accent

tile used at the vanities and as an accent

band around the tile wainscot, vinyl

wallcovering above the tile wainscot, solid

acrylic vanity with inset porcelain bowls,

new lighting and new ceilings.

All aspects of these new restrooms were

designed to meet the A.D.A. Standards.
